The Dogs celebrated the Seniors before the game but put ourselves in too deep of a hole the first half to come back. Trailing by 28 at halftime the offense came alive in the second half and put up 22 points, however we couldn’t get the defensive stops necessary to pull out the win. The offense was led by the trio of Lalo Castillo, Dennis Barkley, and RJ Cornman. Lalo had 11 carries for 102 yards and 4 receptions for 117 yards. He had 219 total yards of offense with 3 TDs and a 2 point conversion. RJ also added in 4 catches for 106 yards and drew two pass interference calls which would also have gone for big yards. Dennis was 8 for 16 passing for 223 yards and 2 touchdowns and added 28 yards rushing and a 2 point conversion. The defense was led by Angel Del Toro with 14 tackles and Keifer Dooley with 8 tackles. Takoda Fischer and Lalo Castillo each caused fumbles and Keifer and Lalo each had fumble recoveries.
