Both the JV and varsity volleyball teams swept Western this evening in a fired up Case Arena. The JV started off strong, having one of their better offensive matches of the season. Maddie Shoemaker had a personal best of 9 kills, Izzy Edgar and Kynlee Myers each added 3 kills, and Grace Myers had 17 assists. Morgan Berry led the defense with nine digs, and Bella Vega added five digs. In varsity action, Jalen Smith had 21 assists and three kills. Lily Rockhold had 12 kills, Justine Thomas had five kills, Ella McAtee and Addy Keck each added three kills, and Chloe Moudy and libero Caroline Queen each added two kills. Defensively, Morgan Harrington led with 11 digs while Caroline Queen came in with nine. The team appreciates all of the support from students, staff, and family. Case Arena was booming!
