On October 12th cross country was in action competing at the last Conference that will be held at Southmont. Girls placed 5th overall with 3 girls placing in the top 20. Noemi Garcia and Ashley Vasquez-Rivera earned 2nd team all-conference and Kimberly Moreno 1st team all-conference. Boys placed 4th overall. Nicolas Angeles and Devin Jagger earned 2nd team all-conference and Christopher Angeles 1st team all-conference with a 2nd place finish. Over the weekend in Sectional action - Girls placed in the top 5 to punch in their ticket to Regional at Brownsburg this upcoming weekend. Placing in the top 20 is Kimberly Moreno. Congratulations to our girls team! Our boys fell short and placed 8th. However, 2 individuals will be moving on to Regional this weekend with our girls team.
